Rasha Sameer Al Thaqafi

Founder and Managing Partner

Rasha Al Thaqafi is a Saudi business professional with 10 years of experience in international flagship organizations such as Microsoft, Deloitte & Touche Middle East, and The Wharton Business School at the University of Pennsylvania. She is the founder of RT Consulting, a professional services company that provides human capital consultancy, career transitions and leadership coaching in Saudi Arabia. With a focus on executive coaching, supporting leaders through change, and women empowerment, Rasha is keen on bringing value to her clients’ human capital needs.

Rasha coaches clients in Arabic and English and is passionate about helping people succeed and finding their true potential. She holds a Master’s degree from the University of Pennsylvania and is a Co-active coach from CTI, the world's leading coaching institute.

Mohammed S. Al Thaqafi

Partner and Vice President for Public Relations

Mohammad Althaqfi is vice president of RT Consulting, leading its business relations and operations in the MENA region.

In addition, Mohammad serves as vice president of the Samara Group in Saudi Arabia, a conglomerate focusing on construction, construction materials, debt collection, healthcare, hospital operation and management, leasing, real estate development and brokerage, and refrigeration services. It operates in China, GCC countries, and Turkey. In his position, Mohammad is responsible for the development of the whole group and maintaining the business roles of it.

Mohammad worked with Integris Public Strategies LLC, a full-service public and media relations agency, marketing, public affairs, and government relations firm in Washington, D.C. Its clients include Fortune 500 corporations, governments, and non-profits. He assisted with high-level projects, including the establishment of a US- Arab Business Association Platform.

In his native Saudi Arabia, Mohammad was selected to be Saudi’s representative in China at the Saudi- Chinese Trade Delegations Forum. His entrepreneurial spirit made him the youngest attendee where he could prove his skills in negotiations and further explored and established an international platform of business and political contacts.
